I first joined the Echo Frames team at Amazon as a UX Research Intern in Summer 2021. I came back as full-time in March 2022. As a key contributor, my primary responsibility involves providing customer insight data to shape the development of smart eyewear products.
I excel in managing end-to-end research processes, from crafting impactful research questions to delivering comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations for design, product, and various stakeholders.
Throughout my tenure at Amazon, I have engaged in both generative and evaluative research, spanning from the critical concept evaluation phase to the final stages of research just before product launch, including during the Beta program.
While my current focus centers on hardware, my background includes successful contributions to software, accessories, accessibility, and market research projects in the past.
